Cookie policy
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow us to recognise the browser across sessions, keep preferences and measure site usage in an aggregated way. This site uses first- and third-party cookies under an explicit consent model.
2. Google Consent Mode v2
Jovunzo implements Google Consent Mode v2 as a transversal governance layer. On first visit all marketing and analytics categories are initialised as denied. Only when you explicitly accept a category do we send the corresponding update (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization and analytics_storage) to Google Ads and associated pixels.
3. Categories in use
Necessary: session and security, cannot be disabled. Functionality: language and UI preferences. Analytics: aggregated usage measurement. Marketing: Google Ads remarketing and conversion tracking. Personalisation: content adaptation to your behaviour.
4. Retention
Necessary cookies expire at the end of the session. Functional cookies live up to 12 months. Analytics and marketing cookies live up to 24 months. You can delete them at any time from your browser.
5. Browser management
You can block or delete cookies from Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge or any other browser. You can also change your consent preferences at any time from the Manage Preferences link available in the site footer.
6. Third parties
We work with Google Ads and Google Analytics 4. Both services respect Consent Mode v2. We do not embed social pixels without prior consent. You can read the privacy policies of each third party on their official sites.
7. Policy updates
We will update this policy when providers, categories or regulation change. The last update date is always shown at the top of the document.
