Privacy policy
1. Data controller
Jovunzo S.A.S. (CUIT 30-71689432-8), with registered address at Av. del Libertador 4980, Floor 12, Palermo, CABA, Argentina, is the data controller of the personal data collected through jovunzo.com and its investor support channels. You can reach us at any time at privacidad@jovunzo.com.ar.
2. Applicable framework
Processing takes place under Personal Data Protection Law 25.326, its Regulatory Decree 1558/01, the guidelines of the Argentine Access to Information Agency (AAIP) and the 2026 draft reform. E-commerce and remote contracting are also regulated by Law 24.240 and its amendments.
3. Data we collect
We collect identity data (name, DNI/CUIT, address), contact data (email, phone), financial data required for qualified investor suitability assessments and technical device data used to browse the site. Under no circumstances do we collect sensitive data such as ethnic origin, political opinions or religious beliefs.
4. Purposes of processing
Data is used to: (a) verify investor identity and politically exposed person (PEP) status; (b) structure and execute financial trust agreements; (c) send quarterly reports and operational communications; (d) meet AML obligations before the UIF; (e) improve site experience through aggregated analytics.
5. Lawful basis
Processing is based on the informed consent of the data subject, the execution of a contractual relationship, compliance with legal obligations specific to the financial sector and the controller's legitimate interest in fraud prevention.
6. Data sharing and international transfers
We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with external auditors, notaries, custodian banks and public authorities where required by law. International transfers only take place to countries with an adequate level of protection or under standard contractual clauses approved by the AAIP.
7. Retention
Operational data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and for ten years thereafter — the minimum retention required by AML regulations. Marketing data is kept until the data subject withdraws consent.
8. ARCO rights and portability
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition and portability by emailing privacidad@jovunzo.com.ar and proving your identity. We respond within ten business days. If our response is unsatisfactory, you may escalate the matter to the AAIP.
9. Security measures
We apply technical and organisational controls aligned with ISO 27001: TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, AES-256 at rest, mandatory MFA for our internal team and annual penetration testing by independent third parties.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the regulation or our practices change. We will publish the new version on this site with at least thirty days' notice and, where appropriate, we will request fresh explicit consent.
